Breakfast: Blueberry oatmeal with a hint of maple syrup.
Dinner: London broil stew. I supplied the recipe to my husband, but don't eat meat, so my dinner was leftover chicken
from the other night.
The full dinner: The beef stew, asparagus, potatoes, carrots, onions, a
roll, and honeydew.
