Dinner: Falafel in a whole wheat pita with baby spinach (thanks to Sarah H. for teaching me the tofu-in-falafel trick!), potato latkes with sour cream and homemade apple-pear sauce, and fresh cantaloupe. Somehow, vegetarian night became Middle-eastern night.
