Pantry Basics: A year in the life of a kitchen

Perusing the pantry reveals a number of staples that I might not have owned, or known how to use over the years.  On any given day, these are items I believe to be essential to affordable, diverse, interesting meals.  I'm sure it's not all-inclusive, and I'd love to hear what you may have in your pantry that I've forgotten!

Miscellaneous goods:
Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts), shredded coconut, whole wheat crackers, dried fruits (cranberries, mango, apricot, raisins), unsalted soy nuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, bran flakes, whole wheat breadcrumbs, natural peanut butter, no-sugar added jelly/jam, vinegar (regular, apple cider, red wine, white wine), lime juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, mirin, sesame oil, taco seasoning, chili seasoning, salsa, chocolate syrup, worcestershire sauce, bouillon paste (Better than Bouillon's organic chicken is my fave), tortilla chips, whole grain tortillas/wraps, whole grain english muffins

Canned/dried goods:
Whole grain pasta, egg noodles, orzo, lo mein noodles, quinoa, rice (white, brown), couscous, risotto, beans (black, kidney, chickpea/garbanzo, pinto, cannellini/great northern/white), tomatoes (diced, whole, crushed, pureed, and paste), soups (98% fat free cream of chicken, mushroom), corn, pumpkin, fruit (pineapple and mandarin orange are the only two I get in cans), light coconut milk, light condensed milk, light evaporated milk, onion soup mix (the dried kind, used in recipes, not for making soup itself)

Baking goods:
Flour (unbleached white, whole wheat, whole wheat pastry, almond), sugar (granulated, brown, powdered), baking powder, baking soda, yeast, vital wheat gluten, old-fashioned oats, ground/milled flax seed, wheat germ, oat bran, cornmeal, cornstarch, powdered milk, powdered buttermilk, cocoa, honey, molasses, pure maple syrup, agave nectar, oil (canola, extra virgin olive), cooking spray, applesauce, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, almond extract, kosher salt, ground pepper, basil, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, orange rind, lemon rind, nutmeg, cinnamon, ground cloves, rosemary, thyme, cumin, curry, paprika

Freezer:
Chicken breasts, ground turkey, turkey bacon, fish (salmon, tilapia are always in our freezer), chicken sausage, frozen vegetables (edamame, peas, broccoli, snow peas, spinach, green beans, corn, cauliflower), frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches, mango, and a fruit salad blend), and purees (following the methods of the Sneaky Chef and Deceptively Delicious, I always have the following purees in my freezer-- cauliflower/zucchini, butternut squash, sweet potato/carrot, spinach/broccoli/peas, spinach/blueberry)

Perishables:
Apples, bananas, onions, garlic, potatoes, carrots, baby spinach, broccoli, avocado, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, colby jack, parmesan), butter, cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta, yogurt, eggs, egg whites

Not for bartending:
Vodka, bourbon, sake, margarita mix, tequila, kahlua, red wine, white wine
