Day Two hundred and sixty-eight

Dinner: Big salad (spinach, romaine, diced apples, cucumber, cherry tomatoes- from the garden!, zucchini, cucumber- from the garden!- steamed carrots and broccoli, canteloupe, and hard-boiled eggs.  Whew.  Some challah and light ranch on the side, and a cool dinner on a hot summer's eve was done.

Day One hundred and one

Dinner: Baked turkey legs, challah, and peas. This was another dinner completely made by my husband (I don't touch bones). We were out for the day and needed to make something quick, so this was what he made. In a few days he goes back to work, and then I'm on my own again with dinners!

Day Twenty-two

Breakfast: Challah french toast, turkey sausage, and fruit salad.

Dinner: Orzo salad (orzo, fresh basil, sun-dried tomatoes, parm cheese).

Dinner: Orzo salad, BBQ chicken, steamed broccoli, sliced pears.

Day Twenty-one


Dinner: Roasted turkey with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, challah bread, and green beans. We threw this together quickly after an afternoon out... I can't take credit for roasted the turkey or anything!
