Day Three hundred and sixteen

Lunch: Leftover brown rice, mixed with diced tomatoes, red beans, garnished with sour cream and cheddar cheese.

Dinner: Lazy chicken over brown rice fusilli (crockpot; Make it Fast Cook it Slow), steamed broccoli, fresh strawberries.

Day One hundred and ninety-six

Dinner: Using a recipe from "Real Simple" called, "White bean soup with andouille and collards," I made this dinner. It's a crockpot recipe, and I altered it to the tastes of my family. The end result was red and white beans, chicken apple sausage, and baby spinach.

Day Forty

Dinner: Vegetarian chili (red and white beans, spices, diced tomatoes, butternut squash puree, corn, some leftover rice, a splash of maple syrup) with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, whole wheat cornbread (cauliflower, zucchini, and corn purees; recipe: Sneaky Chef), spinach salad, and bananas.
