Day Three hundred and forty-eight

A supply of cupcakes (recipe: Artisanal Gluten-Free Cupcakes).  Some for my daughter's upcoming birthday, some for the freezer for future birthday parties we have to attend, and some for the school freezer so my daughter can have a cupcake when other kids bring in their birthday snacks.
