Day Two hundred and eight
Lunch: Chicken salad on whole wheat potato bread with diced apples and celery, steamed carrots (leftover from last night's dinner), and strawberries.
Dinner: Breakfast for dinner: Pumpkin
challah
french toast, scrambled cheddar spinach eggs, and cantaloupe.
