The incredible tower of waffles. These are whole grain pumpkin waffles, and there were 21 to be exact. Four of them are missing from this photo, as we'd already eaten breakfast when I took it. These waffles have been divided into four packages that are now sitting in my freezer, and will allow my waffle iron to hibernate for quite a while. 
Breakfast: Waffles, scrambled cheese eggs (with extra egg whites), and cantaloupe.Dinner: Leftover medley from the weekend.
