
Lunch: Garden vegetable soup with mini ravioli.

Before: Eggplant spinach
rollatini. I made this a few weeks ago, and froze an extra. I thought it looked pretty neat from the bottom.

Dinner: Eggplant spinach
rollatini, whole grain pasta with tomato
alfredo sauce, steamed broccoli, and sliced pear.

Dessert: Milkshakes (ice cream machine) made with skim milk.
