Day One hundred and ten

Breakfast pizza (Recipe: Doubly Delicious). This came out really well, almost like a fast quiche. I added fresh spinach to it, which was a nice health bonus in addition to the pureed cauliflower and zucchini that was mixed into the eggs and milk.

Breakfast: Breakfast pizza and honeydew. My kids were so happy to see fresh fruit!
Dinner: Leftovers

Day Thirty

Breakfast: Blueberry oatmeal with a hint of maple syrup.

Dinner: London broil stew. I supplied the recipe to my husband, but don't eat meat, so my dinner was leftover chicken stroganoff from the other night.

The full dinner: The beef stew, asparagus, potatoes, carrots, onions, a ciabatta roll, and honeydew.

Day Twenty

Dinner: Turkey sloppy joes (with pureed sweet potato; similar to a recipe from the Sneaky Chef), Whole wheat rolls (made these last wk for another meal, and froze the unbaked extras); Asian salad, corn on the cob, and honeydew.  Here's my version of the recipe.

Day Nineteen

Zucchini carrot apple bread (recipe: Cooking Light). Thanks to Karen S. for the zucchini- one of these breads is for you! :)

Dinner: Ciabatta bread (dough made in bread machine).
Dinner: Tortellini Florentine soup (crockpot. Recipe from my friend Janna, who nabbed this from the Southern Living Slow Cooker Cookbook), and cut up honeydew.
